ONLINE PURCHASED PASSES DELIVERY

A welcome table will be set-up (location to be announced) starting on Thursday August 28th at 2pm. The amazing Antonia and her team will be there to deliver your passes. Welcome table hours and details will be published shortly

All that is needed to pick-up your passes is the legal name and email address that were used to complete your online PAYPAL purchase (a proof of purchase might be requested such as the email that was sent to you when you purchased the passes).

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL ACTIVITIES

We usually send 2 or 3 emails in the months prior to the event to all those who have purchased tickets and passes online to advise them of the pick-up details and, depending on the case with purchases of VIP passes, to notify them of changes to the schedule and/or additions of special activities.

INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKETS PICK-UP

Individual event tickets purchased online can be picked-up at the VENUE’S BOX OFFICE ON THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT. Simply mention that you bought them online and give your name and, if necessary, your email address as they appear on your purchase confirmation or online payment!
