We’ve set-up a welcome office at the Hotel Zéro1 where the amazing Antonia and her team will be there to remit your passes. All that is needed to register the legal name and email address that were used to complete your online purchase (a proof of purchase might be requested). The welcome table schedule is published on our EVENT PAGE.

EXCLUSIVE VIP PRIORITY ACCESS HOST HOTEL REDUCED RATES

In order to give priority to VIP PASS HOLDERS who will be staying 3 or more nights at the host hotel we’ve created a exclsuive VIP priority access host hotel reduced rate reservation portal. It will be sent to you by email upon confirmation of your VIP pass purchase.

Please note that as of July 22nd the host hotel is now sold-out. Contact us directly in order to be placed on the host hotel standby list. A list of other nearby hotels is readily available at the bottom of the hotel page!

EXCLUSIVE ACTIVITY EMAIL NOTIFICATION in the month prior to the event to all those who have purchased tickets online to advise them of the pick-up details and, depending on the case with purchases of VIP passes, to notify them of changes to the schedule and/or additions of special activities.

INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKETS PICK-UP

Individual event tickets purchased online can be picked-up at the VENUE’S BOX OFFICE ON THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT. Simply mention that you bought them online and give your name and, if necessary, your email address as they appear on your purchase confirmation or online payment!
